At The Underground PDX, we believe that real, lasting transformation begins when young people are surrounded by community, held to high standards, and given the dignity of an open door.

That is why we launched UNDERGROUND WORKS, our on-site employment initiative modeled after Homeboy Industries. We don't just teach job readiness; we hire local youth and young adults directly within our organization. When they clock in, they earn an honest wage while receiving direct mentorship, accountability, and life-skills coaching from trusted leaders.
