Program Description
Youth CrossFit at The Underground PDX in Portland, OR helps kids and teens build strength, confidence, resilience, and healthy habits through fun, intentional training.
Our coaches teach proper movement, teamwork, and goal-setting in an encouraging environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and proud of their progress.
